Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains what Konrado.AI, Inc. ("Konrado.AI", "we", "us") stores in your browser when you visit konrado.ai, why, and how you decide. It covers cookies and similar storage (localStorage and sessionStorage). How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, linked in the footer of every page.

1. Your choice

On your first visit a banner asks you to choose. "Accept all" allows every category below, "Reject all" allows only what is necessary, and "Choose" lets you decide per category. Analytics and the chat store nothing before you choose.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Taking a category back removes what it stored and reloads the page. Your choice is kept for 12 months, then we ask again. You can also delete cookies and site data in your browser settings.

2. Necessary

Needed for the site to work and to remember your choices. They need no consent.

• konrado-consent (localStorage, konrado.ai): your cookie choice and when you made it. Kept for 12 months.
• NEXT_LOCALE (cookie, konrado.ai): the language you picked for the site. Kept for 1 year.

3. Analytics

Google Analytics 4 tells us which pages are visited and how visitors move through the site, so we can improve it. The data goes to Google LLC and may be processed on servers outside the European Economic Area. Nothing loads before you accept this category.

• _ga (cookie, Google): tells returning visitors apart with a random identifier. Kept for 2 years.
• _ga_* (cookie, Google): keeps the state of the current visit for one Analytics property. Kept for 2 years.

4. Chat

The chat in the corner of the site is Konrado’s own product. It starts when you accept this category, or when you open it yourself, for example with "Contact Us". Until then it stores nothing. The chat window itself, served from app.konrado.ai, keeps its conversation and session in its own storage once it opens.

• kc_visitor (cookie and localStorage, konrado.ai): a random visitor identifier, so a returning visitor finds their conversation again. Kept for 1 year.
• kc_first_seen (localStorage): when the chat first saw you, so it knows a returning visitor. Kept until removed.
• kc_trig (localStorage): which welcome messages the chat has already shown you, so it does not repeat them. Kept until removed.
• kc_pv and kc_journey (sessionStorage): the pages you visited in this tab before opening the chat, so the agent knows the context. Removed when the tab closes.

5. Changes to this policy

We update this page when what we store changes. The date at the top says when. A change that needs a new choice brings the banner back.
