DPA + SCC

Data security is a top priority for us. To ensure full transparency and compliance with EU data protection regulations, we've prepared both a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

The DPA outlines how we handle personal data on behalf of our clients — including our roles, responsibilities, and security measures — in full alignment with the GDPR.

The SCC ensure that data transfers from the EU to our infrastructure (hosted partially in the U.S.) are lawful, enforceable, and meet the legal standards set by the European Commission.
