Automate customer support with cPanel

Konrado checks the hosting account behind a ticket: the plan, the domains, DNS, SSL, mail and disk use. It only reads. Nothing on your server changes.

What Konrado reads in cPanel

Konrado reads WHM with one API token you can revoke at any time. Nothing is installed, and Konrado never changes an account.

Account

Plan, limits, usage, domains and the account’s owner, so Konrado knows whose hosting a ticket is about.

Website

Document roots, addon, parked and subdomains, DNS records and SSL details.

Mail

Mailboxes, forwarders, autoresponders, filters and the delivery events of the last 24 hours.

Databases

MySQL databases, their users and the database server’s version.

Files

A short listing of the document root and the FTP accounts.

Backups

cPanel backups, and JetBackup 5 backups where it is installed.

Examples of hosting tickets with cPanel

See what Konrado finds for your team on a hosting ticket, from the account behind it.

Empty webmail

“Webmail is empty for sales@example.com. Does the mailbox exist on the server?”

The mailbox sales@example.com exists and holds 2.1 GB. A forwarder sends every new message on to office@example.com, which is why webmail stays empty.

Bounced mail

“Mail from example.com bounces. Is there delivery evidence for the reply?”

The delivery events of the last 24 hours show 14 messages from example.com refused by the receiving server. The bounce text names a failed SPF check.

AutoSSL

“AutoSSL fails for an addon domain. Do the domain and certificate details explain it?”

shop.example.com is an addon domain on the account, but its A record points at 198.51.100.7, not at this server, so AutoSSL cannot verify the domain here.

Disk space

“The account is out of disk space. Is it files, mail, databases, backups or logs?”

The account uses 9.8 GB of its 10 GB limit. The largest part is mail: sales@example.com alone holds 6.2 GB.

Wrong account

“The customer says this domain is theirs, but billing does not match. Is it on a reseller’s account?”

example.com sits on the account of the reseller hostpro, not on the customer’s own account. Check the service in your billing system before you reply.

After a DNS change

“example.com stopped working after a DNS change. Is it on the right account and document root?”

The domain is on the account with its document root in place. Its A record now points at 203.0.113.10, not at this server.
