Since 2024, AI has opened up enormous opportunities for automation while introducing perhaps the most intuitive interface we've ever had for interacting with technology: natural conversation. It became clear that AI would permanently redefine the way online businesses provide customer support.

At the same time, most companies and AI providers took the easy way out. They focused on cutting costs and automation, while forgetting about... the customer and their actual needs. Needless to say, using AI as a wall between customers and support teams is not good practice. It doesn't magically solve customers' problems.

For large companies, poor customer support doesn't necessarily have that much impact on their reputation. SMBs, however, can't afford that luxury.

We come from the web hosting industry, where responding to a support ticket in under a minute is standard, and customers expect even complex technical problems to be resolved within 15 minutes, often going well beyond what's included in their plans. In this industry, speed and customer satisfaction are everything.
