What Konrado does with Base.com
Konrado calls the Base.com API with one token. Nothing is installed in your store, and Konrado never edits an order, a price or an address.
Order lookup
Finds the one order the shopper asks about, with its status, items, payment, delivery, parcels, invoices and returns.
Protected lookups
Shows an order only when its number and the shopper’s e-mail or phone match, so nobody can look up someone else’s order.
Parcels
Gives the courier, the tracking number and the tracking link, so the shopper follows the parcel on the courier’s page.
Invoices and returns
Reads the invoice number, date and amount, and a return’s status, date, reason and refunded amount.
Order notes
Adds a note for your team to the shopper’s own order, after the shopper approves it in the chat.
Product catalog
Brings your products, variants, prices and availability into the Knowledge Base, synced every night.

Return
“What is the status of my return, and has the refund been sent?”
Your return was received on 24 October and accepted. The refund of 89.00 PLN was sent on 26 October.

Availability

The Breeze rain jacket is out of stock at the moment, in every size. It is still in our range, so it can come back.
Change request
“I ordered size L, can I change it to M?”
Order 12345678 has no parcel yet, so I can pass that on. I have added a note for our team to change the size from L to M, as you approved.
