Automate customer support with SupportPal

Konrado reads your SupportPal tickets as they arrive and can answer them. Linked to your WHMCS, it also knows each client’s services and invoices.

What Konrado does with SupportPal

Once connected, Konrado reads your tickets, the people who wrote them and, through your linked WHMCS, what each client pays for.

Tickets

Reads tickets, their messages and the users who wrote them, and writes the reply from what the customer wrote.

Departments

Works in the departments you choose, and sends an auto reply from the operator and with the status you set.

Services and invoices

Knows what the client pays for through your linked WHMCS, and your product catalog joins the Knowledge Base.

Drafts in SupportPal

Shows your team Konrado’s draft and the client’s WHMCS data on every ticket, in the browser extension.

Auto replies

Replies in SupportPal only when auto replies are live, and opens a ticket when a visitor sends the ticket form in your live chat.

Past tickets

Learns from how your team answered closed tickets. On by default, and paused in the Knowledge Base at any time.

Examples of customer support with SupportPal

See how Konrado can answer SupportPal tickets using real ticket, service and billing information.

Site down

“Can you check why my site is down? It is on my business plan.”

Your Business plan hosting is suspended because invoice #10482 is overdue. You can pay it here, and the service will be reactivated.

Services

“Which services do I have with you?”

You have the Business hosting plan for example.com, the domain example.com and an SSL certificate, all active until 14 November 2026.

Troubleshooting

“I already tried clearing the cache. What else can I do?”

Next, open the site in a private window. If the error stays, send me the exact message and the page address, and I will check your account.

Plan and renewal

“Which plan am I on, and when does it renew?”

You are on the Business plan at $14.99 a month. It renews on 14 November 2026, and the renewal invoice is created 14 days before.

Suspension

“Why was my service suspended?”

The service was suspended on 2 October because invoice #10482 went unpaid for 7 days after its due date. Once it is paid, the service comes back.

Another ticket

“Can you check the status of my other ticket?”

Your ticket #4821 about the e-mail setup is open with the technical department. The last reply was from our team yesterday, and it is waiting for your answer.
