How Konrado protects your data
Stored in Europe
Konrado stores your data in Europe. Some AI providers are in the USA, and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses cover those transfers.
Kept apart
Each organization’s data is isolated from every other organization.
Encrypted secrets
Integration keys and chat identity secrets are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
Who can see what

Two-step verification
Anyone can turn it on for their own account. An owner or admin can require it for the whole organization.

AI you control
Shadow mode
Konrado decides on every new ticket and sends nothing. Then it shows what it would have answered.
Auto-reply threshold
The threshold sets when Konrado may send a reply on its own.
Guardrails
Guardrails say what Konrado must never do.
Drafts
Drafts wait for your team in the help desk.
Handover
Konrado hands over to a person when needed.
