Konrado.AI 2.0: The full potential of AI support in one suite

Konrad KeckNov 4th, 2026

Today marks the launch of Konrado.AI 2.0, our biggest product milestone so far. With a completely new approach to AI agents, broader automation and a much more accessible pricing model, we’re fundamentally changing what businesses can expect from AI in customer support.

When we started working on Konrado.AI in late 2024, we had a very real problem to solve: support teams were spending far too much time answering the same questions over and over again. We officially launched in 2025 with an AI Ticket Copilot, and that seemed like a reasonable place to begin. Back then, businesses weren’t exactly eager to let AI handle customer conversations on its own, especially when technical problems, customer account details and their reputation were involved. A copilot that could take some of the workload off support teams while keeping people in control simply made more sense at the time.

Our first deployments made us question whether helping support agents work faster was really enough. Even the best AI-generated reply still needs someone to review it, send it and move on to the next ticket. The workload might decrease but the process remains largely unchanged. And from a business perspective, shaving a little time off each reply is hardly a compelling reason to invest in AI.

This was one of the reasons we put much more emphasis on automation. We wanted to move beyond helping someone answer the next ticket and start taking repetitive work out of the queue altogether. At the same time, AI models improved, businesses became more comfortable with automation and the scope of what we could build expanded significantly.

The moment we stopped thinking in tickets

The biggest change in Konrado.AI 2.0 is the move to an agent-based platform. With it, we’re leaving behind the idea that one AI assistant should handle every customer interaction. A sales conversation on a website is a completely different story from a technical support ticket, so why treat them the same way? Businesses can now create multiple AI agents, each with its own responsibilities and communication channels. From answering product questions and collecting leads on a website to managing WhatsApp conversations and resolving support tickets, each agent has a defined job to do. Human teams remain involved where their experience and judgment are needed most.

Konrado.AI - AI Agents

We have also expanded the product around that approach. Today Konrado includes a set of connected capabilities that cover more of the customer journey:

  • AI Chatbot: Answers website visitors around the clock, helps them find suitable products or services and captures leads while interest is still fresh. Support can begin before someone has to open a ticket.
  • WhatsApp AI Automation and Messenger AI Automation: Bring the same business-aware assistance into conversations customers are already having, including questions about orders, products and services.
  • Ticket Auto Replies: Handle routine tickets automatically, with configuration that determines which requests are in scope and when the system is confident enough to respond. Teams can test decisions before allowing automatic replies.
  • Ticket AI Copilot: Still an essential part of the platform. It prepares responses for human review, using the customer’s actual situation rather than leaving agents to put together every answer from scratch.
  • Support AI Insights: Put the knowledge hidden in support conversations to good use: recurring issues, customer sentiment, response performance and gaps in documentation that might otherwise go unnoticed.

These are not separate experiments that a company has to connect on its own – they are parts of one support platform. A customer may start with a question on the website, need information from an order or hosting account and eventually require a human. The goal is to make that process work without forcing the customer to start from zero at every step.

Konrado.AI - Conversation Flow

Real context makes the difference

I still believe integrations are one of the most important parts of Konrado. AI can write a convincing answer with very little context but that is not the same as solving someone’s problem. A customer asking why their hosting account was suspended does not need a generic list of possible causes. If Konrado can check WHMCS and the hosting environment, it can explain what actually happened and what the customer should do next.

Our integrations now cover a growing range of help desks, hosting platforms and business tools, including:

We’ll keep expanding that list, because every additional system gives Konrado a better chance of providing a useful answer rather than another polite guess.

And we are seeing measurable results.

Mistickers/76% conversations resolved by AI in the first week.
GigaCore/70% fewer first-line ticket escalations.
INBS.Software/37% faster response times across three brands.

Different businesses, different challenges, but the same conclusion: AI can take on much more of the support workload than simply helping people answer tickets faster.

A much easier way to get started

There was another limitation we needed to address. Early on, Konrado was largely something companies discovered through conversations with us and adopted through a more involved rollout. That suited complex deployments but it also kept many smaller businesses from finding out whether AI support could help them at all.

With Konrado.AI 2.0, anyone can now sign up and get started right away, with a completely redesigned pricing model. You can create an account without a sales call or credit card and begin with a permanent Free plan.

New workspaces receive 500 credits for the first 14 days, followed by 50 free credits every month.

All features are available across plans and pricing is based on credits used rather than the number of support agents. We want a small company to be able to start with one channel and expand when it sees a reason to do so.

Konrado.AI - New Pricing Model

We’re also expanding Konrado.AI’s reach through our new Partner Program for companies and consultants who want to offer Konrado to their own customers, either as resellers or affiliates. For hosting providers and IT companies in particular, it’s an opportunity to expand their services, generate recurring revenue and bring advanced AI automation to market without building it from scratch.

What comes after 2.0?

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be sharing more case studies from successful customer deployments and expanding Konrado.AI with additional communication channels and integrations. AI phone support is also on our roadmap. We’re equally focused on making our agents smarter, giving businesses more control over their workflows and improving how we measure the actual quality of AI-powered support. Because automating more conversations means little if we can’t also make those conversations better.

For me, Konrado.AI 2.0 is not a change of mission but a much bigger step toward fulfilling it. Our ambition is to build the complete platform for AI-driven customer support. A place where businesses can connect their systems, create AI agents for different responsibilities and automate most of their customer interactions without having to build and maintain the technology themselves. Konrado.AI 2.0 brings us significantly closer to that vision but there’s still a great deal we want to accomplish. And looking at what we’ve managed to build in less than two years, I have every reason to believe we can take it much further.

If you’ve used Konrado before, I encourage you to take another look at what’s changed. And if you’re new here, there’s no better way to see what Konrado.AI 2.0 can do than to try it with your own business.
